How can I contact Beaut East Sphere?

Please email Hello@beauteastsphere.com if you have any questions about your order, shipping, returns, products etc... Alternatively you can give us a call, Monday to Friday, 10-6 pm. We do not operate on week ends so we will get back to you on the Monday if you have tried to reach us over the week end. If you leave a voicemail, please provide your name, number and information about your inquiry so we can better assist you.

 

What products do you sell and where are they from? 

We sell a wide range of Asian health and beauty products. All our products are ethically sourced and natural from Asia. We are directly in contact with each brand featured in our website.

 

How do I unsubscribe from your mailing list?

At the bottom of each email we sent to you, you will see the option to unsubscribe from the list.

Where does Beaut East Sphere ship to?

We ship to Europe.

What is your shipping policy?

Please refer to our shipping policy.

 When are orders shipped out?

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. If you place an order Monday to Friday before 12 noon, the order will be dispatch on the same day.  If you place an order on the week end or bank holidays, your order will be processed on the next working day. 

How can I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email once we process your order. We will send you another confirmation email when your order has been dispatched. Our orders are shipped within 24 hours after the order has been placed (excluding Bank Holidays). All our orders are shipped using Royal Mail, 1st class delivery service which takes approximately 1 to 3 working days in UK and 5-7 days to Europe but it can take up to 14 days.

Can I return an item?

Yes. Please refer to our Return/ Refund policy.

What happens if i receive the wrong item in my order?

We take every precaution to pack and deliver your item safely, however if in any case, the product differs from your order or is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately.  We will assume the cost for re-shipping a replacement item. Please provide your full name and order number when you contact us by email Hello@beauteastsphere.com

Beaut East Sphere will be liable for shipping costs pertaining to incorrect item. 

Why haven't I received my refund yet?

Refunds will be issued back by your original form of payment after we receive your package and authorize your refund. In the case a refund is unsuccessful, a credit will be issued. Please keep in mind that it may take a few days for a refund to be reflected on your bank statement or in your account. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Bank Transfer and Credit Card. Please contact us by email hello@beauteastsphere.com if you wish to pay by Bank Transfer.

Is there any import tax payable when the package arrives?

No. You don't need to pay for import tax.
